Facility Security Overview
All Regency Technologies’ facilities are fully protected by security systems, and are under constant surveillance using digital camera systems. Only designated employees have access to the facilities, and employees enter and exit through a controlled point. All visitors must register at the front desk, wear a visitor badge, and be accompanied by an employee while in the building.
Policies and procedures are in place to clearly identify and track all employees who handle each asset. When a shipment is received the unique Regency Technologies identifier for each asset is entered into our asset tracking system. Regency Technologies uses this to provide inventory control, tracking serial numbers, asset tags, and configurations. This level of security allows Regency Technologies to identify which employees were working with particular assets.
Regency Technologies also maintains very strict hiring practices. Professional and criminal background checks are performed for any candidate prior to employment. Employees must comply with an established Drug and Alcohol Policy and are subject to random drug testing.
