Computers and related IT hardware assets pose a serious environmental hazard, regardless of the quantitiy. You risk significant legal liability if your IT assets are not disposed of or recycled properly.

Regency Technologies is continuously up-to-date on the myriad — and growing — array of U.S. federal, state and local regulations and international computer equipment disposal laws, and we recycle assets in full compliance with them. The work is completed in the 100,000 square foot facility we operate through our joint venture company ITscrap.com, dedicated exclusively to the computer recycling process. With our vertical integration of disposition from pick-up through recycling, we retain control of the chain of custody, which helps reduce your liability risks.

All environmental work is fully documented, including providing Certificates of Destruction. Our online reporting system provides a way to monitor every step of the computer recycling process.

We also protect the environment by practicing a Zero Landfill policy. All materials used in asset management are recycled, including packing materials, pallet lumber and paper.
