Request for Return
Every return requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, use the form below and submit it to us for review. Customers must fill out this form completely. Upon receipt of this form a Regency Technologies employee will contact you with an RMA number. Regency Technologies will NOT accept a return without an RMA number. Warranty work will only be completed if a valid warranty card is on file.
Once you receive your RMA number, ship the product back to Regency Technologies (you pay the freight) with all components packed securely. The RMA number must appear on the outside of your box for our shipping department to process your return. Regency Technologies will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) and ship it back to you (we pay the freight) within two business days of initial processing of the RMA.
